HEB adjusting store hours Sunday and Monday due to winter weather in San Antonio, surrounding areas

SAINT ANTHONY – With winter rainfall forecast for early Sunday and Monday afternoons and temperatures that will remain below frost until Tuesday afternoon, HEB has adjusted store hours throughout the state of Texas.

The San Antonio and Hill Country HEB stores will be open Sunday from 6 to 7 p.m., and Monday from 9 to 7 p.m.

HEB officials said customers could see limited time slots available for transit and home delivery orders and said store hours could be adjusted according to local conditions.

Some customers reported long queues on Saturday at the checkouts and sidewalk of some San Antonio stores.

“The stores have been busy, but our store teams are equipped and ready to serve our customers,” a HEB spokesman told KSAT.
