HOUSTON – HEB will temporarily reduce the operating hours of our stores amid the winter storm that is expected to affect Texas, according to a press release. The company plans to resume regular hours after the storm.
“At HEB, our top priority is to take care of Texas and we are ready to help our fellow Texans in any situation they may encounter in our business and communities. As part of our ongoing preparation, our stores received increased product delivery and have other measures in place to ensure our stores are well stocked with the products our customers want and need, ”the company said in a statement.
Stores in the Houston area may experience product delays, which could temporarily affect the supply of certain products, according to the launch. Customers can also see limited time slots available for remote and home delivery options over the next few days.
In addition, store hours could be adjusted according to local conditions.
