“We have opted for greater transparency and set aside the rush to make statements that only left in doubt respect for the will of the Honduran people,” stressed Hall, who made a “strong call for responsibility” of the aspirants. in charge of popular election.

He further said that it is “absolutely forbidden for any leader of political parties to interfere in the processes of opening suitcases, extracting and scanning acts, which are in the custody of Council, as well as ballot papers, which will be the object of an audit process “.

Hall stated that the stage of the scrutiny that began today “is the sole responsibility of the National Electoral Council and the interference of political leaders in the areas is prohibited. designated for such work “.

“There are no secrets here, we will not allow dark performances either, everyone will have access to see what is happening,” the official added, reaffirming her “greater commitment to the homeland, democracy and the people.”

This electoral process “is the most transparent, free and fair of the last twelve years,” said Hall, who denounced that the Internet service at the main center was cut off. from the CNE in Tegucigalpa and sabotaged several election kits.

He added that election councilors “do not accept pressure, we will do everything by taking biosecurity measures and respecting the times that the law gives us “.
