PS5, the sequel to PS4 is the focus
It looks like all hands on the cover of Guerrilla Games while the Dutch studio tries to finish the development of Horizon Forbidden West from home. The team has confirmed in a new blog post that patches and updates to the PC version of Horizon Zero Dawn will be less frequent from now on to ensure that the big-budget sequel is ready for its final release as well. on PlayStation 5 as PlayStation 4. This is currently scheduled to take place sometime this year.
The post reads: “As our team continues to develop the upcoming Horizon Forbidden West title, we move on to less frequent updates for Horizon Zero Dawn Complete Edition for PC after this patch. Please note that we will continue to monitor the spaces for our community as always. ”This follows the consequences of numerous PC patches that have brought the port to tobacco. With this state in shape, Guerrilla Games ’focus is on Horizon Forbidden West. While it’s probably always been the priority, it means even more employees can dedicate their time to development and polishing. We’re not entirely convinced the game will reach the 2021 release window, but it looks like the developer is working hard to make sure it happens.
