“Hotel Coppelia” hits theaters this April 15

“Hotel Coppelia,” the film of the moment, hits Dominican theaters this April 15th. This was announced by its director José María Cabral.

“We already have a release date for CINEMA theaters in the RD! We are advancing the date for next April 15. ‘See you at the cinema !!!”, said the director of the film and invited everyone to let them support the film and go enjoy it on the big screen.

“Hotel Coppelia” was recently acquired by the HBO platform and is on the list of recommendations for the best movies to watch streaming from the prestigious Forbes magazine.

The Dominican film has had very good reviews since it premiered on HBO, Hulu and Amazon Prime, but also on the clandestine pages in which it has been hacked.

“Hotel Coppelia is already hacked everywhere. I’m not announcing anything new, several people have already sent me apps and pages. I urge you to watch it together in the cinema, or, if not for the @hbomax platform. I say this mainly for the quality of the pirate version. Thank you 🙂 “, said Cabral.

The film is based on the true stories of five women who, during the 1965 Dominican Civil War, performed acts of personal sacrifice to protect their beliefs and rights.

The cast consists of Nashla Bogaert, Lumy Lizardo, Ruth Emeteri, Jazz Vilá, Cyndie Lundi, among others.

It premiered at the Havana Festival and last March 9 did the same at the Miami Film Festival.
