HOUSTON – Houston attorney Tony Buzbee filed a second lawsuit Wednesday alleging misconduct by Houston Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson.
The second lawsuit comes hours after Buzbee filed the first eight-page lawsuit against Texans QB on Tuesday evening.
Buzbee, who made the announcement on social media, said his team would file the second of what are now four cases on behalf of women against Watson.
The lawsuit, filed in Harris County District Court, states that Watson contacted the masseuse who operates her own massage therapy business in Atlanta, Georgia on August 14, 2020 and brought her in Houston to get their services.
The lawsuit stated in part: “The plaintiff usually offers professional massages in people’s homes and hotels. The plaintiff had never had any contact with defendant Watson prior to this message. The plaintiff had never worked with athletes from the Texan organization. The plaintiff found it a bit peculiar for an NFL player to ask her for a message because she is not, but she is a well-known masseuse and believed that a player like Watson probably had access to a whole team of coaches. However, at the same time, because the plaintiff, like many small businesses, had been actively trying to grow its business and expand its customer base, the plaintiff was excited and encouraged that a professional football player would want use their services “.

Watson and the masseuse exchanged several Instagram messages, according to the lawsuit, in which Watson described what he was looking for and told the masseuse that he wanted to focus specifically on his “glutes and groin area and they asked if she was comfortable working in these areas. “
The lawsuit alleges that Watson and the masseuse continued their telephone conversation and decided to make an appointment in Houston on August 28, 2020 at the Houstonian hotel, club and spa.
Watson flew the masseuse to Houston from Atlanta, according to the lawsuit. When the masseuse met Watson at the hotel, according to the lawsuit, she was left completely naked and put on the massage table with her “penis” fully exposed.
The lawsuit also states that Watson specifically asked the woman to work on the “inner part of her anus” and toward her “genitals.”
When Watson threw himself on his back, according to the lawsuit, the masseur handed him a towel to cover himself, but he refused. Shortly afterwards, the masseuse assures the lawsuit that she felt uncomfortable and stopped the massage and asked him to leave.

Watson grabbed his hand and began rubbing his arm, pulling it toward him and saying, “It’s okay, it’s okay.” The plaintiff walked away, “according to the lawsuit.
The lawsuit says the masseuse only received half of her Watson payment, but was too upset to look for the other half. The lawsuit also states that Watson contacted the woman months later saying she was in Atlanta and asked if she was available.
The masseur seeks “minimal compensatory damages” and “has suffered mental distress as a result of Watson’s behavior,” the lawsuit says. The lawsuit says she’s always been professional, but sometimes she blames herself. The lawsuit says he has suffered panic attacks and suffers from depression and anxiety, which he seeks counseling to deal with, according to the lawsuit.
The lawsuit seeks a jury trial and notes that the plaintiff “made a bona fide effort to resolve this matter before filing this lawsuit.”
Announcements
The lawsuit states that all evidence (including electronic data, map data, and location data) is retained and maintained in connection with this incident.

KPRC2 legal analyst Brian Wice says it will be up to a jury or judge to decide who is telling the truth.
“This is a case he said he said,” Wice said. “The court exists so that citizens can resolve their differences based on the evidence because it’s not what we know, it’s what we can prove.”
Buzbee said that since he filed the first sexual assault case against Watson on Tuesday, he has received multiple death threats and several people have harassed his children.
“The fault of the mentality of the victim (or of the lawyers) is alive and well !! I love football as much as the next person (although I’ve never been a fan of jeans). But I don’t love it so much. It makes me shake my head that people are so passionate about football to an irrational point, while at the same time they would care less about who the mayor or president will be, ”said, in part, Buzbee’s social media post .
Announcements
Watson responded to reports of the first lawsuit filed Tuesday, saying in a tweet that he had not seen the complaint filed against him, but says he has never treated any woman with anything other than “the utmost respect” and hopes to clear the his name.
