In the typical fashion CD Projekt Red, Cyberpunk 2077 is a game that includes a number of different endings. These endings occur based on the choices you make throughout your own game, but none of them are too difficult to unlock. That said, there’s a specific “secret” ending that players can get, though you’ll have to skip a few hoops to see it.
To take a look at the secret that ends in Cyberpunk 2077, you will need to complete a handful of dialogue options specific to the side mission “Chippin ‘In”. This is a mission that you will not unlock until later in the game, but it is vital that you do it before advancing to the main mission “Nocturne Op55N1”. If you complete this final mission first, you will not be able to unlock the final one in question.
Once you’ve unlocked Chippin ‘In and started the mission, you’ll go with Johnny Silverhand to an oil field. After a few sections of gameplay, you’ll start a conversation with Johnny. This is when things become vital. To make sure you unlock the secret ending, you’ll need to select the options “The guy who saved my life,” “No, you did too,” “What do you want from me?” and finally, “Okay. But as the second chances pass, this is your last.” I won’t spoil what this conversation focuses on, but make sure you select these directions when they are presented.

After this series of dialog options, you will be presented with some more speech options. To be sure, you’ll want to respond in the following order: “You were a real man at first,” “When she said she let her friends down …”, “Smasher biz really got to her” And finally, ” Yes, I’ll call Rogue. ” From here, you should unlock the next side quest titled “Blistered Love.”
Once you’ve done all this, be sure to complete Blistering Love with Rogue. When you’re done, you can head to Nocturne Op55N1 to finish the game. Once you get to the part of this mission where you are on a rooftop talking to Johnny, you must choose to let Johnny fight with Rogue in the Arasaka Tower. Johnny will then ask you if you’re there too, but you don’t have to answer right away. After waiting a few minutes, he will present you with the option of heading to the Arasaka Tower and fighting it only with you; select this option.
From here, the rest of the game is simple, to some extent. The final mission of the game, called “Don’t Fear The Reaper”, only provides you with one shot to complete it. If you die while on this quest, it will definitely end and the credits will start rolling. Therefore, before leaving, make sure that you have all your proper equipment and that you create a backup save file, just in case you fail.
And that should be it! Good luck if you can complete all this and see the secret end of the game until the end.
