Still, there is a way to get a free game of Mantis Blades. Luckily, it’s pretty easy and just depends on chance.
Players can head to Corpo Square in the city center as long as they are ready. In the northwest corner of Corpo Plaza, the mantis leaves will reside inside a container. Players can look for a secondary job in the area to indicate that they are close to the container.
Things get complicated here because Mantis Blades are not guaranteed. That said, the chance of falling is random, but unlikely.
Players should save the game before opening the container. Once saved, the container can be opened. If there are Mantis leaves, the mission is a success. If they are not, simply reload them to the last save and try again. Each load will generate something different until the container is opened.
Mantis Blades in Cyberpunk 2077

The basic way to get the Mantis Blades is to go to a Ripperdoc anywhere in the Night City.
Once in Ripperdoc, players can go to the arm modification slot and purchase an upgrade to Mantis Blade. The problem is that they are quite expensive equipment. In addition, players need almost 20 credits on the street to buy the Mantis Blades.
This means that players will have to remove many side missions from fixers, random points of interest, or main missions. Any of these options will provide money and credit on the street.
Mantis Blades themselves allow players to launch themselves against their enemies and start melee combat when needed. They may seem like they’re only meant for melee players, but they also make a lot of sense for guns. There are a lot of scenarios in which the nearby leaves will help.
