The 52-year-old Australian actor explained that he is part of Gotcha4Life’s board of directors, which he described as “an organization in Australia that deals with this issue of suicide and mental form”.

He said watching Meghan and Harry’s interview reinforced the importance of seeking help and “never worrying about yourself.”

“Last night I just thought everyone should see this because it’s an amazing example of never worrying about yourself. Look for help and if you don’t get help where you are looking for it, keep looking, ”he said.

“Go somewhere else because there is always help. So never worry alone and I just want to say thank you Meghan, thank you Harry for your courage. ”
