‘I won in departments with more electoral burden’: Luis Zelaya

Luis Zelaya, pre-candidate of the Recover Honduras movement, announced yesterday that the acts in his possession give him the victory in the departments that generate the greatest electoral burden and give him a 7% advantage over his opponent Yani Rosenthal.
