I’m not ready to rock Guilty Gear Strive as a final release character

Were you expecting someone else?

Are you properly prepared to rock? In a somewhat lost conclusion, Arc System Works has revealed it GOOD GAME veteran and hard rockin ‘babe I-No is the final character who joins the incoming fighter’s release list Guilty Gear Strive. I-No was revealed this morning during the second live broadcast of Japan’s round table of fighting games.

Debuting as a main character in 2002 Guilty Gear XX, I-No fast became one of the most popular and recognizable characters in the fighting franchise. A woman-fatal in the truest sense of the word, I-She does not use sexuality, threat, manipulation, cunning and psychological torment to achieve her ends, while constantly turning with her wild witch-finds-glam fashion sense metal.

While most of the Guilty Gear Strive The cast has received a bit of visual overhaul, I-No appears mostly unchanged, still shaking off the platform boots, the scary hat, the cool bob cut and the leather ensemble, even though it’s making a sweet pair of yellow tones. Of course, her enchanted guitar, Marlene, has also returned, tuned in and ready to surprise her fans and destroy her enemies. While there are lots of characters who could have filled that final slot of the list, many GOOD GAME fans would have had this metal lover fixed on their playlists. It simply wouldn’t have been the same without her.

Guilty Gear Strive launches on April 9 on PS4, PS5 and PC. The open beta continues today on PlayStation platforms (although I-No will unfortunately not be a part of it).
