Iran has identified 48 defendants allegedly involved in the murder last January, the commander of the Guardians of the Revolution, Qasem Soleimani, informed the Iranian judiciary on Monday.
The Vice President of the Judiciary of Iran, Ali Baqheri Kani, He said today that “with respect to the Soleimaní martyr case, 48 defendants were identified and the necessary measures were taken to prosecute,” the official Iranian news agency IRNA reported.
Kani explained that the judiciary of Iran has asked the countries involved in the assassination to provide you with their information and documentation in this regard.

“The last country was Germany; we have received news and information that the US base ‘Ramstein’ in Germany was involved in the exchange of information between American drones involved in the assassination” of Soleimani, added Kani, without providing further details.
Earlier this month, Bagheri Kani met with German Ambassador to Tehran Hans-Udo Muzel and called on Germany to cooperate with Iran to complete the record of Soleimaní’s assassination and remove ambiguities. on the perpetrators and agents of the crime.
Soleimani died on January 3 in front of Baghdad International Airport in a U.S. massacre; the Revolutionary Guard of Iran as a first step of revenge fired on January 8 several missiles against the US base of Ain al-Assad in the Iraqi province of Al-Anbar.
Iran has vowed to make every effort to bring Suleiman’s assassins to justice.
