Rapper TI and his wife Tiny Harris have been charged with drugging and sexually assaulting several people, according to a lawyer who is now calling for criminal investigations into the allegations. The alleged incidents took place in several states between 2005 and 2018.
Attorney Tyrone A. Blackburn sent letters to attorneys general in California and Georgia urging them to investigate the claims of 10 women and one man who alleged that the rapper, his wife and associates were involved in acts such as “forced drugs, kidnappings, rapes and intimidation.”
“These women do not know each other and, without my condition, tell strangely similar facts of sexual abuse, forced ingestion of illegal drugs, kidnappings, terrorist threats and false imprisonment,” Blackburn said in his letters.
A lawyer for the couple said the couple, whose names were Clifford and Tameka Harris, “deny in the strongest possible terms these baseless and unjustified allegations.” Attorney Steve Sadow also called the claims a “shakedown” that began on social media.
“Blackburn has repeatedly refused to provide the names of its prosecutors-clients or any evidence that confirms or endorses their baseless claims,” Sadow said in a statement. “The Harrises reiterate that they are confident that if a thorough and fair investigation is conducted, no charges will be filed.”

The letters describe multiple alleged drug cases and assaults. In 2005, a woman in her twenties met the couple at a California club, where she took her own drink and a sip of a drink Tiny offered her, according to Blackburn’s letter to the California Attorney General. He went to the rapper’s hotel room and became “dizzy and dizzy” and finally threw, according to the letter. She rejected her advances, but said she remembers “waking up naked on the couch with a towel thrown over her with a very sore vagina,” the letter stated.
Three women have accused the couple of drugging them in Atlanta, Georgia. One said she was working for the couple in the summer of 2006 when she was offered a drink and Tiny pills, which made her ill, Blackburn’s letter said. Eventually, she woke up and woke up naked, believing her virginity had been taken, the lawyer wrote.
TI, a well-known rapper based in Atlanta, is known for his contributions to hip-hop in the early 2000s. In 2010, the Grammy-winning triplet married Tiny, who is known for her career as an author of songs in the nineties.
The two have their own reality TV show on VH1, where the cameras document their large family and celebrities. The deadline reported that MTV Entertainment, a division of ViacomCBS, stopped filming for the fourth season to “gather more information” after the allegations began to surface earlier this year.
Blackburn recalled the new allegations at a press conference Monday morning and said it heard complaints from more than 30 women. Most, he said, remained anonymous for fear of reprisals.
“One of the reasons I’ve heard from all the women was the fact that they didn’t think anyone believed them,” Blackburn told reporters, adding that it’s easier to go out when there are other women who have stories to accompany. has “.
