The trailer for Marvelis highly anticipated Shang-Chi and the legend of the ten rings came out last night (4/19) and fans couldn’t help but share their excitement, not only for the Asian-directed superhero film, but also for the soundtrack.
After the release of the official teaser of the film, many fans noticed Jackson Wangsinging voice in the background. 88risant later he also hinted at the news via Instagram.
Although neither Jackson nor Marvel have yet confirmed the news, the GOT7 member would be the first K-pop act to appear on a Marvel soundtrack. It was recently announced that he will star in the act of “let me love” Love it, love it, love it (love it, love it, love it), a short film for the 13th Shanghai Biennale.
Shang-Chi and the legend of the ten rings follows the story of Shang – Chi (played by It’s Liu) who has been attracted to the clandestine organization Ten Rings.
It is Marvel’s first Asian superhero film and will be released in September 2021.
