At 83, Jane Fonda does not want to have more sex in her life, but there is one exception: if she does she would like him to be with a man younger than her.
“I don’t want to have a relationship again, a sexual relationship, never again. I no longer feel that need,” he said in an interview with Harper’s Bazaar magazine.
However, he clarified that it is not a matter of lack of desire, but of the ideal man.
“The problem is that I would like him to be a young man. Isn’t that a terrible thing? It’s a matter of skin. I wish he was young and I’m too vain,” he stressed.
The actress from the Netflix series “Grace and Frankie” revealed that he sometimes fantasizes with meeting a professor or researcher who is able to appreciate a strong woman like her and lead her down unknown paths.
Fonda acknowledges that even if she finds a person who meets all the requirements she would aspire to, chances are she won’t really give her a chance because of her privacy issues.
“It’s not them, it’s me. If someone crossed my path and said, ‘Come on, Fonda, dare you,’ I’d run away scared. Before, I was always attracted to men who would never have done such a thing.” he stated.
Jane Fonda has been married three times and has three children (one adopted): Vanessa Vadim, Troy Garity, Mary Williams.
Her first marriage was first with French director Roger Vadim, from 1965 to 1973, and with whom she had a daughter, Vanessa.
She later married Tom Hayden (1973-1990), who was a social and political activist, known for her involvement in the anti-war and civil rights movements of the 1960s.
After their separation, she married media mogul Ted Turner (1991-2001).
