Jeff Bridges says he ‘feels better’ in the midst of a lymphoma fight

As he battles lymphoma during an epidemic, Jeff Bridges has released an update full of good and thin events to let the world know.

“Here’s the latest,” the actor-musician-artist posted on Instagram on Monday, with a picture of the 71-year-old bald-headed man happily leaning into his lap with a puppy. The photo is a great clue to what Bridges has in life, as reflected in his high-point bullet point list:

  • Is good
  • He shaved his head
  • Got a puppy – Mandy
  • Birthday was – 71, man.

On his personal website, the news was handwritten and included a plea to support musicians fighting during epidemics.

“Music – we need it, man, all our musicians create a time ‘a life / cove deal these days – no places, nowhere to play. Like my dear old friend John Goodwin. Here are some of his tunes that you can stream for free. Old friend, man, we’re going back to 4th grade, ”wrote the Oscar-winning” Crazy Heart. ”

Bridges includes links to songs that Goodwin did a few years ago with the actor’s band Abyss. He asked everyone to “dig it out” to support the musician with “some source, coins, scratch, $, money”.

He plugged No Kid Hunger and released a surfing video “as a great reminder of how wonderful life can be”.

The actor, who turned 71 on December 4, revealed his lymphoma diagnosis in October. “Although it is a serious disease, I think I’m lucky to have a great doctor, the prognosis is good,” he said on social media at the time. “I will start treatment and post you on my recovery.”

The day before Halloween, he made the best of his promise to refresh fans, releasing a photo of himself receiving chemotherapy.

“This cancer thing brings preciousness, gratitude, and good old fashion love, and a lot of time, big time,” Bridges wrote on his website. “I feel my way, man, I appreciate it. It’s kind of a positive virus-like infection, this love.”

“This cancer makes me appreciate death and the impossibility,” he noted.
