(CNN) –– Jeff Bridges offered an update on his condition, two months after announcing he has lymphoma, a type of cancer.
The actor posted a photo of himself accompanied by his new drawer on his verified Instagram account.
Bridges wore a freshly shaved head.
“Here’s the latest: • I feel good • I shaved my head • I have a puppy, Monty • I turned 71, man of 71,” reads the message that accompanied the image.
The star of “The Big Lebowski” revealed last October that he is fighting cancer.
“Although it’s a serious illness, I’m lucky to have a great team of doctors and the prognosis is good,” Bridges tweeted at the time. “I am starting treatment and I will keep you informed about my recovery,” he added.
Days later, he thanked everyone for his great support.
