Jennifer Lopez it is taking a moment to reflect. The 51-year-old artist talked about what he learned from the beginning while in therapy and found his purpose during a talk with Jay Shetty for the debut episode of Coach Conversations.
Titled “What is your vocation?” the two played the importance of loving oneself to be able to live your life to the fullest.
“I remember when I was going through therapy, at the beginning, like the end of my 30s, and there was a lot of talk about loving yourself,” JLo recalls.

“And I was like, ‘I love myself.’ But obviously I was doing all these things, as if my personal relationships didn’t seem to love me myself“, He expressed.
“I didn’t even understand the concept,” he adds. “It took time and it’s a journey and it’s still a journey for me,” the singer stated.
Now at the height of his career, Lopez admits that there were times when she knew she wasn’t the best dancer or performer, But he always gave it his all and never gave up.

Jennifer Lopez still has big goals and plans for herself, sharing what her mantra for 2021 is “Keep dreaming”.
“My dream is that together, this year, we can make a more unified, more loving, more receptive and more understanding world,” he shared.
“I always want to inspire, to inspire different things in people … And in these times, where we can all feel lost, I want to give people a little hope and direction,” he said.
With that, the Hustlers star he knows what his vocation is and what it can give to the world. “My calling is to empower, inspire and entertain”, He reported.
“These are the things I do and to entertain them, I hope to always be encouraging and inspiring people to be the best at what they want to do,” he admitted.
When it comes to helping others find their purpose, acknowledge that “There is a lot of pressure around [encontrar su propósito]”. “And the most important thing is to listen to yourself, and the words you say to yourself,” he says. “What you say and what you think, and I tell that to my kids all the time, becomes your reality.”
