Jessie J was forced to spend Christmas Eve in the hospital after being run over by Meniere’s illness.
The 32-year-old Flashlight singer revealed her illness on a recent live Instagram in which she revealed that she struggled to listen, sing or even walk in a straight line.
Ménière’s disease is an ear condition that can lead to sudden bouts of vertigo and dizziness and hearing loss.

According to the NHS website, an attack on Ménière’s disease can cause patients to feel like themselves or anything spinning, lose their balance and feel bad.
Updating his followers on what happened, he explained, “I woke up and felt totally deaf in my right ear, I couldn’t walk in a straight line.
I was basically told I had Meniere’s syndrome. I know a lot of people suffer from it and in fact I’ve had a lot of people who approached me and gave me great advice, so I just kept quiet.

‘Now is the first time I can sing and endure it. I just miss singing so much and being close to anyone.
The star continued: “It could be a lot worse, that’s what it is. I’m very grateful for my health. It just left me out.
“On Christmas night, I was in the ear hospital and I was wondering,‘ What’s going on?
“But I’m glad to have me soon and to have discovered what was very fast and to have the right medicine put in, so I feel so much better today.
