Katherine Heigl resigned from Grey’s Anatomy more than ten years ago.
But the character of the Emmy-winning actress, Dr. Izzie Stevens, is still enchanted in the hearts of fans of the show.
He recently participated in the unexpected meeting between Izzie and Dr. Alex Karev of Justin Chambers, and did not hold back his thoughts on how the show was canceled.

It comes after showrunner Krista Vernoff defended TVLine’s choice last April: “At the end of the day, there were three options. Kill Alex off-camera; let Alex be alive and be in Seattle – and still be married to Jo – and we never see him, or [reunite him] with Izzie “.
