The 42-year-old actress and her 14-year-old daughter with ex-husband Tom Cruise were both well capped in the middle of winter time at the Big Apple.
The native of Toledo, Ohio, wore a gray coat over a purple hooded sweatshirt with blue jeans and beige boots with dark sunglasses on the retail outing.

The couple was seen shuffling items inside the commercial establishment, which is adjacent to Union Square in Manhattan, and left the store with several travel bags.
Holmes is currently linked to 33-year-old chef Emilio Vitolo Jr., who wished her a happy birthday on Friday on social media, and called her the “prettiest, kindest and prettiest person,” adding: “Every time that I see your face makes me smile “.
