Kentucky man Damon Beckley in the FBI’s Capitol Riot Nabbed viral video

A Kentucky man who appeared in a viral video promising to “overthrow all these traitors” while participating in last week’s Capitol Revolt has been arrested by the FBI. The FBI in Louisville announced the arrest of Damon Beckley last Saturday. Beckley has been charged with illegal entry into a restricted building and disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds. His first court appearance is set for Jan. 19. After Beckley made waves with his furious comments against Mike Pence and pledged to “start a revolution” from the Capitol Building, he reportedly hid. Local news station WDRB spoke to him days after the violence and reported that he had stressed that he only entered the Capitol to look for a friend and that he had not caused any destruction. He reportedly also deleted his Facebook and removed the SIM card from the phone, believing this would prevent authorities from tracking him down.
