UFC All eyes on McGregor
UPresident of the FC Dana White has confirmed it Khabib Nurmagomedov he could return to the organization, but the Russian has a condition if he wants to make a change of direction when he retires.
Khabib he made the decision to crash hanging his gloves after presenting Justin Gaethje at UFC 254 in October. Conor McGregor and Dustin Poirier go head-to-head in UFC 257, and that fight will be the key to the Russian’s return.
“Basically, as it feels right now, it has fulfilled everything that was proposed.” White he told ESPN.
“He thought that [Charles] Oliveira looked great in his last fight against Tony Ferguson. So next Saturday we have the McGregor-Poirier fight and [Michael] Chandler i [Dan] Hooker there.
“So his words to me were,‘ I’m going to watch this fight. I would never link the division. These guys do something spectacular, they show me something spectacular and they make me want to fight again. “
“So I get the feeling that if someone delivers, if these guys can do something special, Khabib he will fight them. “
