The clip, which fell on Monday, opens with a look back at some of the important family moments that E! cameras for 19 seasons.
And it also provokes some upcoming drama, as fans watch Kim Kardashian’s battle to save her six-year marriage to Kanye West.
“I feel like a loser,” the KKW Beauty mogul explains to family members as she gets excited.

Little else is shown apart from Kim, apparently surrounded by her closest relatives, her wedding ring still in her left hand.
In the room with Kim is 25-year-old Kendall, who is also crying as she hears her older sister pouring out her heart.
Earlier this year it was reported that Kim, 40, would discuss the end of her marriage with her E! and that Kanye was “less than delighted” that the details were spread.
Kim and Kanye, who share North, seven, Saint, five, Chicago, two, and Psalm, 19 months, together, had been married counselors before Kim filed for divorce last month.

Khloe Kardashian, 36, and her boyfriend Tristan Thompson, 29, are still arguing about having another child and seem to be considering using a surrogate.
“Trust a surrogate for your child to be born … and it’s scary.” Khloe tells Tristan, with whom she shares her two-year-old daughter True.

Meanwhile, Kris has her own dilemma as she makes a difficult decision regarding ex-husband Caitlyn Jenner as her daughters gather around her.
