Knicks’s Mitchell Robinson comes out on top with the broken right foot

Mitchell Robinson played his fourth game behind a broken hand Saturday night. Now, the Knicks center the figures to predictably come out with another broken body part.

Robinson suffered a fractured right foot in the middle of the first quarter against the Milwaukee Bucks after coming down uncomfortable from a jump and eventually getting off the ground. He was reevaluated Sunday in New York, the team said.

The 22-year-old Robinson had recently lost 15 games with a broken hand.

The Knicks no longer had star striker Julius Randle (bruised right thigh). They still have Nerlens Noel and Taj Gibson as security centers.

Robinson’s horrific injury came as the Knicks opted to make a big move for newly bought center Andre Drummond, Marc Berman of The Post reported. It is possible that Robinson’s injury could change the Knicks ’plans.

According to ESPN, the Lakers have become the top spots in Drummond.
