The Los Angeles police department has released a description of the two men who shot Lady Gaga’s dog walker and stole two of her beloved French bulldogs.
The two suspects are described as black men, aged between 20 and 25, who were seen in a white four-door Nissan Altima, police said in a press release on Thursday.
The suspect who shot the dog walker, Ryan Fischer, 30, was armed with a semi-automatic pistol, has blond dreadlocks and was wearing a black-hooded sweatshirt, police said.
The second suspect was wearing dark clothing, police said.
Fischer, described by Gaga’s father Joe Germanotta, as a “friend” who “risked his life protecting” dogs, was walking celebrity pets on North Sierra Bonita Avenue, near Sunset Boulevard, Wednesday night around 9:40 p.m., when he was ambushed by the suspects. .
They demanded that he hand over the dogs and when Fischer fought, he was shot in the chest, police said.
The suspects fled with two of the puppies, Gustav and Koji, while Miss Asia walked away and has since been returned to Gaga’s team.
Fischer was in stable condition at the end of Thursday and has been transferred from the ICU, according to police and Germanotta.
An LAPD spokesman said the investigation is being handled by the department’s elite homicide division and that detectives are currently exploring the area to obtain a surveillance video.
