Raleigh, North Carolina – We have recently seen some really encouraging COVID-19 numbers in our state, and this is a trend we all want to continue.
Vaccines are a key part of these positive metrics.
So, we leave you trapped by some of the weekend vaccine clinics happening today.
About 1,500 people are expected to be vaccinated Saturday at the PNC Arena at a single-drive clinic.
This will be the second mass vaccination event at the PNC this week.
Thousands of people were already shot dead on Wednesday, but Thursday’s event was canceled due to winter weather.
With the current clinic, state leaders say more than 4,300 people will have received the doses in the sand.
Covered clinics on Saturday
Wake County residents also have the opportunity to get shot at two indoor clinics on Saturday.
More than 500 people are expected to receive the dose at the Wake County Public Health Center.
And 700 more people will get it in the Wake County Commons building.
Clinics are by appointment only.
