The South China Morning Post reports that there have been no new cases since Monday and authorities have adjusted the risk level designations for most of the district. But some residents of the city of Jiumen said they had not been informed of the lifting of the restrictions and that they had been prevented from leaving. They have been closed since mid-January and residents say the food is running out and they have been ordered to test it several times.
