In the new video, the woman, who was banned by Uber after the incident, also threatens to sue Uber and ends the video by saying, “That’s why I’m taking Lyft.”

Separately, the woman in question also posted videos with her own cell phone camera before the incident with the driver, showing the driver telling her and her two friends to get off the freeway or that he would say he would drive home unless they got out of the vehicle.
The Instagram account @keepinupwforeign has posted a series of videos that appear to precede Sunday’s incident in which the woman angrily responds to the driver’s demands for her and her two companions leave the vehicle because they are not wearing masks.

In the videos, the driver tells the passenger to leave his vehicle and the women refuse, saying they don’t know where they are and that they won’t get out of the vehicle until another Uber arrives.
The driver, identified as 32-year-old Subhakar Khadka, tells them that if they do not get out of their vehicle immediately, he will drive on the highway and drop them off “in the middle of the highway”.
