Following the early access version, Macco Simulations has released version 1.0.0 of its Manchester Airport for Microsoft Flight Simulator. Located in the north of England, Manchester Airport (EGCC) is one of the busiest in the country and offers domestic and international carriers to locations around the world. Airlines such as easyJet, Virgin and TUI frequent the airport to transport passengers to destinations in Europe and the United States.
The product is presented with PBR textures, custom modeling and precise night lighting. There are plenty of bespoke buildings spread across the airport along with ground service equipment and accurate ground markings. The airport has also been tested with the latest global update from the UK and is fully compatible.
Over time, version 1 of the product has now seen a full fire training area, new stands and the east pier of terminal three are included with new glass and a basic interior. In addition, new custom taxi lines have been added to the applicable areas, along with new concrete ground textures. Finally, the famous Airport Pub has also been completed for those thinking of a round of planes that detect while planes are flying at the airport.
Although the new version means the product is complete, the developer has stated that there will be more work to come as Manchester Airport continues to develop in the real world.
As mentioned before, the new airport price is now £ 9.99 after the initial early access prices of £ 7.99. Customers who purchased the product during this phase can now access Manchester Airport version 1.0.0 at no additional cost.
