For this week’s giveaway, we teamed up with Fuse to offer them MacRumors to readers the chance to win a full set of cable organization options for Apple devices.
Fuse has a whole line of cable management options for the iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and Mac, which are well designed and affordable. With so many people still working from home, Fuse accessory options are great for keeping home offices organized and tidy.
From the side winder that keeps the MacBook Pro’s USB-C cable perfectly wound to the watch’s side winder to wind the Apple Watch cable and charge it, Fuse has something for everyone and we’ve outlined the following options.
Snap Backs for iPhone, iPad and MacBook
Available for $ 8.99 to $ 9.99, the Snap Backs can be purchased for the 12W iPhone and iPad charger, the 18W iPad Pro / iPhone charger, the 5W iPhone charger, and the 29 / 30W MacBook charger.
Each Snap Back fits into one of Apple’s chargers and the reel at the bottom is used to wind the cable, so you can remove the cable you need without overheating. It’s great for traveling, as you can wind up all the cable to keep it organized when it’s tucked in your backpack or bag and there’s no extra cable to handle it when you need it to use.
Side winders for cables of all sizes
Fuse manufactures small side winders for cablesiphone cables, headphone cables, PiPad and more. The side winder is donut-shaped and allows you to roll the cable around the middle part before securing the end of the cable through the included slot.
The Side Winder Mini ($ 4.99) is perfect for “iPhone” cables, micro-USB cables, wired headphones and more. It can be used with cables one foot to five feet long.
The Side Winder Mini and Max ($ 7.99) are designed to work with all types of cables. The mini version is ideal for iphone cables, micro-USB cables and wired headphones, while the Max cable is useful for USB-C cables.
The side watch ($ 4.99) is designed specifically for the Apple Watch. It wraps the Apple Watch cable and has a cutout in the center of the watch, so it can be used as a charging cradle in addition to a cable management option.
The side blow
The Side Kick, priced at $ 13.99, is designed to work with Apple’s MacBook, MacBook Air and MacBook Pro chargers. It’s a socket that attaches to the side of a MacBook power adapter with adhesive.
When it appears, it can be used to wrap the cable of a MacBook perfectly, allowing you to carry the power adapter and cable without wrapping the cable. When you use the cable, the Side Kick reappears so that it adds less volume to the Apple power adapter.
The side winder
At a cost of $ 19.99, the side winder is designed for the MacBook Air and MacBook Pro models, and is designed to wind up both the USB-C (or MagSafe) cable of a MacBook and the extension cable.
The MacBook’s power adapter goes to the center and the two cables are wound on the spool that surrounds it. You can remove the right amount of cable so that you never have too much cable. This model is specifically designed for the extension power adapter, and if you only have a standard USB-C cable to charge and no extension cable (Mac USB-Cs don’t include them by default), Side Kick is the best choice.
