Madonna buys The Weeknd’s Hidden Hills home for $ 19.3 million

Madonna has just paid a whopping $ 19.3 million for The Weeknd’s extensive California estate.

The 31-year-old “Save Your Tears” singer first released the Hidden Hills home last June for $ 25 million before the property received a $ 6 million rebate.

He initially bought the more than 12,500-square-foot mansion in 2017 for $ 18.2 million, according to property records.

Madonna, 62, closed the deal on April 9th.

The house, which includes seven bedrooms and 9.5 bathrooms, is set on nearly three acres of grassy lawn and sun-covered slopes and is surrounded by redwood trees to ensure maximum privacy.

Features of the house include an entrance hall with a double-height ceiling and a two-story window wall, a spacious chef’s kitchen and an entertainment bar.

While the “Material Girl” exhausts much of her fortune, The Weeknd, whose real name is Abel Tesfaye, owns a $ 21 million penthouse in the Westwood neighborhood of Los Angeles. Recently, he also renewed the lease of a $ 60,000-a-month tribeca penthouse.

Madonna moved to a 58-acre farm in Bridgehampton in 2015 after complete reconstruction. He also owns properties in London and a penthouse in Manhattan.
