A conflict that originated to palliate the snow allegedly brought a Pennsylvania man, United States, Shot dead two of his neighbors, authorities said.
In Plains Township, officers responded to a shooting report in a residential neighborhood and found James Goy, 50, and his wife, Lisa Goy, 48, dead on the street in front of his home, according to a joint statement from Luzerne County District Attorney Stefanie Salavantis and local police chief Dale Binker.
ABC News mention that neighbors directed officers to a residence across the street from the Goys ’house, but as they approached the front door a shot rang out.
James Spaide, 47, was found dead inside by an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound.

“The Goys were removing snow from their parking lots, across the road and throwing it at Spaide’s property,” Salavantis and Binker said in a statement.
Witnesses said Spaide asked the couple to stop, which sparked an exchange of words.
James Goy apparently threw a tool at the neighbor, who had been using it to remove snow from his car, according to the statement. When James Goy tried to beat the villager, Spaide allegedly retreated to his home and went to look for a weapon, authorities said.

“The Goys proceeded to shout and insult him,” Salavantis and Binker said in a statement, adding that the episode was captured in a surveillance video.
“Mr. Goy then threatened Spaide and is seen making obscene gestures. Seconds later, Spaide returns with a gun.” Still, James and Lisa Goy kept calling him.
The neighbor allegedly opened fire on the couple. Authorities said Spaide then returned home and went for another weapon, which he allegedly used to shoot again.

Police Chief Binker told CNN which was not the first disagreement between Spaide and the Goys over the snow this year. The Goys left a 15-year-old son with autism, the grandparents will take custody, said Binker, who gathered that they worked on the case and consider the investigation closed.
