A judge yesterday issued an act of formal prosecution and pre-trial detention against Marc Bográn and Alex Moraes, involved in the irregular purchase of seven mobile hospitals, because there risk of leakage.

Bográn, former director of Invest-H and Moraes, Former investor of Invest-H, are accused of two offenses of fraud and two of violation of the duties of officials after detecting that they had a disproportionate share in the acquisition of seven mobile hospitals, which amounted to L1.174 million.

“We will use all means of defense that were not taken into account by the judge,” announced the lawyer of Marco Bográn, Marco Tulio Castro.
