A California judge has dismissed a lawsuit from a woman who accused Marilyn Manson of rape, Fox News has confirmed.
According to legal documents obtained by Fox News, Judge Gregory Keosian put an end to the court case on Tuesday after an attorney ruled that the woman’s allegations were outside the statute of limitations.
Manson (her real name is Brian Warner) was sued by Jane Doe for alleged rape and sexual drumming in Los Angeles in May. The woman claimed she started dating the shock rocker in 2011 and found herself exploited and victimized by Manson.

A member of Manson’s team who “firmly” denied the claims to Fox News at the time claimed that while the judge dismissed Jane Doe’s complaint, it gave the woman’s lawyers 20 days to file a new complaint if they can provide more facts to avoid the statute of limitations while admitting to the court repressing their records, which the lawsuit classifies as “delayed discovery.”

A plaintiff seeking the benefit of the delayed discovery rule “must specifically defend facts” that show the form of discovery and the inability to have previously discovered facts, the Manson team member rebroadcast Fox News, citing facts from right.
Despite the dismissal, Manson, 52, still faces other charges of sexual assault by three other women, including that of his former assistant and “Game of Thrones” actress Esme Bianco .
