Nintendo decided to highlight Wario’s fashion options in Mario Golf: Super Rush. The company had its huge Nintendo Direct yesterday, which revealed the new entry of its sports series. Fans seemed satisfied with the development, but many of them were more concerned about Wario and Bowser’s sporting wear. Seeing Mario characters in different costumes always gets people on the internet talking. But that was especially weird. It seems that Nintendo is inspired by real life players and that Wario seems to be equipped with the famous John Daly game. The Mercurial athlete won the 1991 PGA Championship and the 1995 Open Championship. They are great accolades, but he is really best known for standing out to the fullest. Therefore, there is a perfect match for Wario.
Mario Golf: Super Rush will be released worldwide on June 25, priced at $ 60, and via Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch Lite. Pre-orders are placed on Best Buy now. Below you can read more about the game, courtesy of an official exclusive pitch:
“Go green with up to four players locally or online and play golf with familiar Mushroom Kingdom characters. The modes range from standard golf to energetic Speed Golf and an RPG-like golf adventure in story mode. Intuitive motion or button controls, a firing pressure gauge that fits the curve of the course, and other new features make driving and powering new players and experienced professionals easier. “
