Marvel’s Avengers is almost ready to remove the curtain on the newest hero joining the game, Hawkeye, which will take place at the next war table on the 16th. Now the game has revealed several new details about the content of the game. Clint Barton’s new mission in a new synopsis, which they launched as a joke for the War Table with a countdown. Hawkeye will get a full revelation in the War Table, which includes a look at how he plays, but now we know a little more about why he sees characters like the master in the images we’ve seen so far. Now, if you haven’t finished the campaign or the content of Kate Bishop’s Taking Aim mission, spoilers will arrive, so you’ve been warned. You can see the full synopsis below.
“After the one-day disaster, Clint Barton and his mentor, Kate Bishop, were left alone, deciding to search for the missing Nick Fury and, in doing so, stumbled upon AIM’s secret Tachyon project, which resulting in the capture of Clint.Although Kate took him back to the Avengers, the danger does not leave him, he falls into a coma, witnessing a future vision that leaves him confused and defeated when he finally wakes up. “Bow, the sword and the knowledge of the events. To come, it is Hawkeye ‘s turn to stop the end of the world.”
Those who have just taken Aim will remember that Kate and the rest of the team save Hawkeye from the other reality before the door closes, and the whole team talks and shares stories about the Chimera. Hawkeye is glad to be back and they ask him what the future holds for him.
It shows fragments of what he saw in future reality. He says they are being attacked by an alien race known as the Kree, and that it is an “invasion that says it will end the world as we know it.” Future Monica works with Nick Fury to save Earth and tried to take Clint into the past to help him solve it. He doesn’t know when they’ll come or why, and he says they’re completely overwhelmed unless they do something. Captain America is on board to start work, but then Clint disappears and we don’t know why.
Now we do, as it is likely to be the coma to which they refer. It is then possible that the vision of the future is where the teacher knows and, from there, who knows. Still, we can’t wait to learn more, and the good news is that we don’t have to wait much longer.
