MAZ publishes a guide to psychological well-being in times of uncertainty

Writing. MAZ, Mutual Society collaborating with the Social Security, has published the Guide to psychological well-being in times of uncertainty, A new material to help the pandemic.

With this guide, the mutual society makes available to companies a set of materials, which includes infographics, brochures and webinars, with the aim of help people cope and understand the situation that the coronavirus crisis has generated.

Marta Tomàs, Head of preventive activities and territorial director of MAZ in Aragon, explained that “We detected the need to collaborate in the psychological well-being of people in companies and create a tool to help in the current situation.”

“All the materials are ready to be downloaded and used by companies, so they can disseminate it to the staff internally, organize it as they see fit or seek advice from specialists in preventive activities of the mutual society”, Adds Thomas.

the infographics they provide five ideas for managing daily stress levels, six steps for managing uncertainty, and eleven resilient strategies for rescuing from discouragement and the feeling of not being able to overcome adversity.

For their part, the brochures they offer five steps for managing stress, five tips for mitigating uncertainty, help with knowing how to apply resilience, and 17 tips for coping with uncertainty.

Finally, the webinars they consist of two half-hour awareness sessions each on stress management and uncertainty in covid-19 times and on resilient strategies for overcoming adversity.
