According to court documents obtained exclusively by BOSSIP, the stars of “Love & Marriage Hunstville”, Martell and Melody Holt, are officially divorced. On March 12, an Alabama judge granted Martell and Melody a divorce on grounds listed as “temperament incompatibility” or irreconcilable differences.
According to official documents obtained by BOSSIP, both parties exercise joint legal and physical custody of their four minor children in determining their own weekly schedule. He will also not pay child support and both will share expenses. Alimony was not awarded to either party and the estranged spouses agreed to dissolve several businesses in which they had joint interests, including Holt & Holt Custom Homes, LLC.
As BOSSIP previously reported on Melody, she filed for divorce from her usual spouse, saying her marriage suffered an “irretrievable breakup” and there was no chance they would be reunited. Melody demanded that neither party pay for the other child’s support and that they both continue to have joint physical and legal custody of their children.
Later, allegations arose that Martell fathered a son out of wedlock with a woman who was his mistress for several years whom he previously called a “peasant.” In the current season of “Love & Marriage Huntsville,” Martell confirmed that the rumors were true, but also alleged that Melody was unfaithful because she stopped doing things to him, so she went it had be doing them to someone else. ”Melody vehemently denied the allegations.
Melody is currently pouring the frustrations of the divorce into a song titled “Tell Tale Signs.” Released tomorrow, March 20, the song includes lyrics that include;
“Rather, you are alone because you have problems. Stop calling my phone. I can’t miss you. Remember when you didn’t care? Keep that energy right there. We don’t even have to really talk. Just when you want to see the kids. “
