LOS ANGELES (CBSLA) – Metrolink on Monday announced that its “$ 10 vacation ticket” will be available for Christmas and New Year’s Day, providing unlimited travel to help travelers reach their essential destinations.
Travelers can get the discounted fare at a contactless Metrolink station vending machine or through the Metrolink mobile app.

Metrolink will offer its Sunday and New Year’s Day schedule with service to the Antelope Valley, San Bernardino, 91 / Perris Valley and Orange County lines.
However, there will be no service on Ventura County or Riverside lines on these two holidays.
Metrolink will operate a regular service on both Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.
After Christmas Day, the regular Metrolink service resumes on Saturday 26 December and 2 January after New Year’s Day.
In addition, in response to the cancellation of the Roses Tournament parade, Metrolink will not operate trains in the early hours of the morning on either the Antelope Valley line or the San Bernardino line as had been offered in previous years on New Year’s Eve.
