Michael’s Closing Columbus Avenue Store

Michael’s Arts & Crafts will close its store at 808 Columbus Avenue on 99th Street, located within the Columbus Square apartment and retail complex.

Along with Whole Foods, TJ Maxx and Housewares, Michael has been one of Columbus Square’s anchored tenants from the beginning, securing his lease before construction of the complex was completed in 2010.

Michael’s renewed its lease for the 34,424-square-foot space in 2018, but window signage indicates the store is up and running and offers some expense discounts.
