The Rolling Stones vocalist recently bought a mansion in southern Tampa as a Christmas present for his girlfriend, ballet dancer Melanie Hamrick.

According to the newspaper The Sarasota Herald-Tribune, The four-bedroom residence is located in the private urbanization of Lakewood Ranch. It has 780 square meters (8,400 square feet) of construction, on a third of an acre of land, and is located next to a lake, close to its neighbors.

The real estate firm that sold the house, Michael Saunders & Company, said the 77-year-old rocker paid $ 1.9 million for it in late October, with the title deed in Hamrick’s name.

Tina Ciaccio, the real estate agent in charge, said the couple never visited the house before buying it, but that they met with her virtually.

“It was great to hear Mick Jagger’s voice on the phone,” Ciaccio told Herald-Tribune. “But regardless of that, they really were a pleasure, a wonderful couple to do business with.”
