Miranda Lambert has recently shared photos of an “amazing” road trip with her husband Brendan McLoughlin, revealing that while on the road, a car slid the couple into the road before taking off without a word.
While traveling through Georgia, back home in Tennessee, the couple came across an “erratic” driver.
“Unfortunately, on the way home via ATL, a hole in a small car with temporary license plates drove irregularly and tried to squeeze between us and a semi truck going 70 on the I-20W.” Lambert tweeted. “It hit the air current and sent us into the left lane.”
She continued, “We cooked fish pretty well, but we put ourselves on our shoulders as quickly as possible to assess the damage. No one was hurt by the good Lord. But no one stopped and the car stopped. (Cool Cool) We are very grateful that nothing worse has happened. “
Lambert, 37, added that he knew his mother’s prayers covered his family.
“Our vehicle and trailer were driveable, so we made a report and went home. I called my mother right away to tell her that I know her prayers are always heard because I know she prays for us every morning around 4:30 in the morning. Especially when we’re on the road.
“And Brendan kept our trailer steady because it was sidelined,” he added. “Thanks to @airstream_inc and @southlandrv, we’ll be repaired soon and get back to our vagabond forms. Anyway, overall it was an amazing trip and we learned we have a lot to see and a lot to be thankful for.”
Lambert and McLoughlin were married in January 2019, four years after they separated from the country’s star and “The Voice” judge Blake Shelton.
