Emily Hernandez was hit Friday with five counts related to the riot, according to one archived court documents in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.
According to one affidavit, at least three people sent advice to the FBI to identify Hernandez, who was allegedly seen in a popular video on the UK-based ITV News network.
The video showed riots raiding the Capitol and, about two and a half minutes later, riot police were seen entering and leaving a room with a curved entrance and a wooden sign above the door that read “Nancy Pelosi, President of the house “.
A few seconds later, you can see a woman with brown hair, round sunglasses and a white and gray winter hat standing near the same office, but the sign is missing at the door. Then, it seems that the person holds a piece of broken engraved wood, in which the words “the house” and “Nancy” are clearly visible.
Hernández is accused of consciously entering or remaining in any restricted building or land, disorderly conduct that impedes the conduct of government business; steal, sell, transmit or dispose of anything of value in the United States; disturbing conduct in Capitol buildings; and parade, demonstrate, or picket the Capitol buildings.
Judicial records do not indicate whether Hernandez has been arrested.
