Valheim rules. Exploring is fun, building is fun, doing trolls around the islands while quietly crying to yourself while playing dancing on the brink of death’s razor is fun. But nothing is perfect, especially early access games. So I don’t think we need to have children here: ValheimInventory sucks. Praised in Odin by modders.
Although the bafflingly popular The survival game modification scene is very, very young, the modders are already gone pig bonker with quality of life improvements. This is good because ValheimInventory, above all, is limited and complicated. Part of this, particularly its small size, is deliberate, encouraging players to gather at communal bases and work together to build objects such as carts to transport more supplies.
But other elements make no sense. Armor, for example, stays in your inventory even when it’s equipped, taking up precious space and forcing you to stop throwing resources into the woods every five minutes to make up for them. And you have to do it, because you can not only destroy objects that do not need. This is also a pain: say you’ve returned to your base and realize you have superfluous resources or equipment. Clutter your group’s chests with them, move away from your base and drop the objects to the ground, or annoy everyone by dropping them to the ground at the base (this is me).
Fortunately, a handful of inventory modifications can alleviate all of these problems. First, there is the “Quick Equipment and Slots” mod by RandyKnapp. It provides equipped items with their own separate inventory segment and also provides you with some additional quick slots that can access hotkeys, useful for potions and the like. If you still find yourself without space (and will), then so be it the “Discard Inventory Items” mod for Aedenthorn is probably your best bet. Allows you to select items and delete them permanently. Keep in mind that this means they will be gone forever, so choose wisely.
If you want to stretch yourself a little beyond the limits set for the game, there are too the “MoreSlots” mod by Fang86. It offers you more inventory strips, with the warning that “you do no you lose objects to death. “This is a bit of a cheat, so you can oppose it if you try to play purely. If you just want to bring your exorbitant architectural dreams in life, even if the rest of the game is cursed, then knock out.

I just scratched the surface of the ones already available Valheim modifications. If you want more general quality of life improvements, the “Valheim Plus ”mod for NX_ it is a must. Improves construction and allows players to modify stats. If you’re looking for something less practical on the market, you might as well take it the first-person mod for Kailen_ to take a walk. Finally, you can take a closer look at the horrible little faces of Greydwarves (and your excessive inventory).
