“This is the most important traffic service change VTA has implemented since 2008,” VTA said in a press release on Tuesday. “Not only has the service been redesigned to accommodate the addition of the BART service, but it will give more people more frequent and reliable traffic options.
The change was made with the contribution of the community for 18 months and will change the low-driving routes, so that 90% of the service will focus on high-driving areas, according to VTA.
