MX League: Atlas finally knows victory

Without playing their best game, but being more accurate than the rival, the Atlas rojinegros got their first victory of the Guard1anes 2021 by beating by the slightest difference to the Tuzos de la Pachuca, thus leaving the basement of the general table when arriving at five points in the classification and commanding to hidalguenses to the bottom.

The Hidalgo Stadium was a lone witness of how the Foxes won after 10 duels of not doing it, since from the 25 of September of the year 2020 of the rojinegros they did not win a party, was in Day 12 of Guard1anes 2020, when they defeated FC Juárez 1-0 as a visitor and now, thanks to Ignacio’s goal Malcorra by way of the penalty assisted by ON in the 30th minute, they were able to take the victory which means pure oxygen.

With that, there are already two goals scored by the rojinegros so far in the tournament, the first by Ozziel Herrera and now “Nacho” Malcorra, who have helped to get four vital points in their aspirations of scale positions in the quotient table.

For more than 90 minutes, both Tuzos and Foxes did not tire of making mistakes, both in defense and attack, actions that no one knew how to take advantage of and so much so that the hidalguenses were able to take at least the tie, but between Brayton Vázquez who saved an online play and Mauro Quiroga who failed in a clear play, prevented the board from being leveled.

But in the table that really matters to the Atlas, that of the quotient, is still where more attention should be paid, as with last night’s victory they are still last, but now with 0.9222, for under Atlético San Luis and FC Juárez.
