Navy searches for missing San Antonio sailor off the coast of Southern California

U.S.S. The Navy Times reports that a San Antonio family has identified a missing sailor in Theodore Roosevelt. Following the discovery of a person appearing in the water during a search Thursday morning, the 3rd Navy report based on San Diego was answered by three helicopters and a boat, and the command-level muster determined that one sailor was not counted, the report said. The missing sailor was identified as Ethan Coolsby, 20, of San Antonio. Kelly and Michael Coolsby, according to the Navy Times. They do not know.” Ethan Coolsby received basic training in January.
