NBA Twitter reacts to Steph Curry’s trick after the buzzer against Magic

Calling Steph Curry’s recent stretch of play impressive would be an understatement.

Prior to Thursday’s showdown in San Francisco, the most valuable double player averaged 37.4 points on a 57.5% shot from the field in a five-game stretch. Curry has been fired from beyond the arc during this lap, scoring 6.4 triples per game on 50% of shots from beyond the arc.

Against the Orlando Magic at the Chase Center, the sixth All-Star took the right spot where he left off. Curry set the Magic on fire for 40 points on a 14-of-26 shot from the field with eight boards, five assists and four steals in 37 minutes. Goalkeeper Golden State kept warm from long range, recording 10 triples in 19 attempts.

Although he didn’t count, Curry ended his 40-point effort with a jaw shot. After the final buzzer sounded to seal Golden State’s 111-105 victory over Orlando, Curry fired a groundbreaking shot hard from behind the 3-point line that went through the back of the net.
