the Major League Baseball (MLB) made public the ranking dand those that are considered as the best short stops in the League. This list caused a great deal of controversy among fans and the media and Fernando Tatis Jr. nor did Francisco Lindor take first place of it despite the very well known quality they have.
Major League Baseball published the list of the best short stops in all of MLB and was surprised that the first place was occupied by a player who is not even Fernando Tatis Jr. nor Francisco Lindor, but Trevor Story of the Colorado Rockies.
While Trevor Story is at the top of this list, Fernando Tatis Jr. is in the second and Francisco Lindor, a couple of steps down, in the fourth as Xander Bogaerts was in the third.
The MLB did not specify the bases that were taken into account to make the listing. But whether on the defensive, on the offensive or both combined, few consider Trevor Story to be better positioned, in fact, than the Dominican and the Boricua.
Below is a complete list of the best short stop rankings according to MLB for you to ‘judge’ and comment.
